What I eat for Raw till 4, HCLF Vegan lifestyle

A typical day Rawtill4 HCLF lifestyle, If I've my 2nd shift work schedule.
(5pm - 1130pm shift)

On typical day I don't really do Rawtill4 when I am on tight and busy schedules.
I just go my Vegan/Pescatarian lifestyle.
But I really really love this Rawtill4 lifestyle as they give me tons of sweetness and energy throughout my day, and I am looking forward to each meals!

LET'S START

Before Breakfast
 Half a bottle of water before I eat my breakfast.

.
BREAKFAST
homemade BANANA+Lettuce Ice cream!

SNACK
3 big juicy dates.

LUNCH
 Lunch time, I have 2 full mangoes.
I know it isn't the nicest picture, but I bought them super ripe!
There is alot of greenish/hard mangoes, but I know I will want ripe and sweet ones because I wanted to consume them straight away later as lunch.

And I bought them at cold storage.

 DINNER, before work 430pm
SUMO-SALAD, bought from Holland village.
It is awesome~

It is not hard staying in this lifestyle, look for inspiration quotes, blogs or videos to motivate you and keep yourself educated.
I love this lifestyle because there is NO CALORIES RESTRICTION.
You can eat AS MUCH CALORIES with this lifestyle.
As much FRUITS as much CARBS, just low in Fat intake.

I am still learning in baby steps in making things possible, still trying to expand my fruits/carbs intake to have my calories filled. Because fruits and veggies have really really love in calories.
You might need to eat 3 times more than your usual food intake with this lifestyle.
